The Spring Fever panel in the photo to the left consists of a black acrylic backer, yellow acrylic letters, mirror flowers on top with assorted fun flowers assembled using white, green, red, and yellow acrylic with a white acrylic ball. A Breif History of Stenciling: Stenciling is the method of applying a design onto a surface by sponging, spraying, rolling, brushing, or dabbing paint through a cutout overlay placed on a surface.
